Daum Gallery is on the hunt for two exceptional artists to join us as resident artists in our vibrant creative haven. This is more than just a residency—it's a launchpad for your artistic journey.

• A Unique Hybrid Model: You'll receive studio space to fuel your craft while enjoying complete access to our stunning gallery. Host clients, showcase your work, and operate your art business with unparalleled autonomy.

• Exhibition Opportunities: Participate in monthly open studio shows and biannual exhibitions to share your vision with collectors, design groups, and art lovers across Dallas.

• Prime Location: Nestled in the heart of the Dallas Design District, our gallery boasts established connections to influential design groups and collectors—putting your work in the spotlight.

• A Dream Space: Work in a dynamic environment featuring polished cement floors, vaulted ceilings, natural light, opening windows, a utility sink, shared kitchen, private bathrooms, and gated parking. This space isn’t just functional; it’s alive—a colorful, vibrant showroom designed to inspire.

We’re looking for artists with heart, soul, and a desire to thrive in a collaborative yet autonomous environment. In this shared space, four resident artists (including Taylor Daum and Lea Ellermeier) will create, connect, and grow together.

  • 24/7 access to the gallery for your projects and events.

  • Freedom to host your own classes, events, or gatherings.

  • A welcoming atmosphere that’s anything but a sterile white box—this is where creativity breathes.

A Few Details:
Artists will pay monthly rent and commit to one Saturday a month (11 AM–5 PM) to help maintain open hours. While all types of artists are encouraged to apply, please note we currently don’t have the equipment to support ceramics.
